With customers around the globe, we are happy to send our products to anywhere in the world. In case you don’t find your country, or if you have any specific question, please contact us at connect@meditatebox.com

While we aim to dispatch an order between 2-7 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. We do have shipping time estimations from the shipping companies and we have our experience, but in some rare cases there are some delays which are beyond our control.

As a general rule, assume that delivery time will take up to 14 working days.

If you need specific info regarding your delivery country you are welcome to contact us.  In some countries customers also will have to pay local fees and taxes. Unfortunately, that is beyond our control.

If you live a small distant country we will be happy to ship your orders but delivery time might be a bit longer, so kindly be patient, it worth the wait…..

Warranty & Returns

Any brand-new product that has been purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-approved. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. When sending it back please make sure you clearly mention your return approval number, order number and your name to avoid any inconvenience.  Please contact connect@meditatebox.com   to apply for return approval.

If anything arrived in a damaged condition, please send photos of the damage in order for the return to be approved.
